Apr 1 – May 1· Either Sex· Limit: 2 gobblers/day, 3/season statewide total. GOBBLERS ONLY — hens fully protected.· Shotgun (20 ga+), archery, or crossbow. Shot size #4 or smaller for shotgun. No rifles. Shooting hours: 30 min before sunrise to noon first 2 weeks, then sunrise to sunset. Call SCDNR for exact dates.
